For years I have been painting my friends, my
chickens, my chicken’s friends, the ducks,
geese and the doves. I’ve painted flower
gardens, New Mexico churches, my family fishing
and walking the beach. After the storm tomorrow,
the sun may shine and there will be blue snow
shadows to paint. The simple things.
